Product Overview
PEEK (Polyether Ether Ketone) monofilament is a high-performance engineering fiber made from PEEK resin through melt spinning. It features excellent high temperature resistance, outstanding chemical stability, superior mechanical properties, low friction, wear resistance and good biocompatibility. PEEK monofilament is widely used in filtration, industrial conveying, seals, cables, aerospace, automotive, medical devices and other demanding applications.
Available Specifications
- S Type: Φ 0.10-0.30 mm – fine diameter, for precision applications
- M Type: Φ 0.30-1.00 mm – general purpose, wide range of uses
- L Type: Φ 1.00-1.80 mm – thick diameter, for demanding applications
- Other diameters, dtex or customized specifications are available upon request.
